HomeWebsite development
Website development and relaunch A website that shows what your company can do.
New website or relaunch: we build websites that show in seconds what you offer and for whom. Fast on every device, easy to find, multilingual and accessible on request.
Free, no strings attached. If you like, with a written assessment of your project.
How you know it is time for a new website
- The website shows the company as it was a few years ago, not as it is today.
- It is tiresome to read on a phone, and the contact form only half works.
- Whoever searches for your services is more likely to find other providers than you.
- Every small text change needs someone who still knows the old system.
- Job applicants get no clear picture of what it is like to work with you.
- Questions about cookie consent, data protection or accessibility are unresolved.
A good company website does not have to be loud. It has to show quickly what you do, for whom, and how to reach you. That is what we measure every page against.
What we create for you
-
Company website
Services, company, careers and contact, clearly structured and in the language of your customers. We work out structure and texts together with you.
-
Relaunch of an existing website
We keep what has proved itself, reorganise the rest and redirect all old addresses to the new ones. That way as much as possible of what your website has already achieved on Google is preserved.
-
Pages for products, campaigns and recruiting
Dedicated pages for a product, a trade fair or open positions, with a clear next step for the visitor.
-
Multilingual websites
For companies that sell or recruit in several EU countries. Every language gets its own addresses so that Google assigns them correctly.
-
Accessible websites
Accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA on request, as the accessibility legislation requires for many offerings. More: accessible website and app.
-
Enquiries that arrive
Contact forms whose enquiries go straight to your mailbox, your customer management or your order processing. Pre-sorted on request, as described on our page about process automation.
Principles What we look out for on every website.
Whether a new website or a relaunch: these points apply to every page we build.
-
Content before design
First we clarify who visits your website and what those people want to know. Structure and design follow from that, not the other way round.
-
Fast on every device
Designed for the phone first, with lean code and short loading times. Visitors notice this immediately, and Google takes it into account.
-
Easy to find
Clean page structure, a title and description for every page, readable addresses and structured data. The basics of search engine optimisation are built in from the start.
-
Data protection without detours
As few third-party services as possible, cookie consent only where it is really needed, and servers in the EU wherever possible.
-
Your images, your language
Real photos of your people and your work are more effective than any stock photo. Where good images do not yet exist, we tell you which ones are worth having.
-
Easy to maintain after launch
Whether your team changes texts and images itself or we do it, we clarify at the start. Both are possible.
A website is rarely finished. New services, positions and questions from your customers are added, and the website grows with them.
Get in touchHow your website comes about
-
Step 1: Your message
You tell us whether it is about a new website or a relaunch and what the website should achieve. We get in touch with you personally.
What you do: write to us. The address of your current website is enough.
-
Step 2: Agreeing the scope and a proposal
We look at your current website and clarify goals, pages and languages. After that you receive a written proposal with scope and schedule.
What you do: tell us about your situation and decide.
-
Step 3: Structure and design draft
You see the page structure and the design of the most important pages as a draft in the browser, on computer and phone.
What you do: look at it and give feedback.
-
Step 4: Texts, images and development
We work out the texts with you and develop the website. You see the current state at any time at a preview address.
What you do: supply content and approve.
-
Step 5: Launch and support
We put the website online, redirect old addresses and check everything on common devices. On request we look after the website afterwards: changes, updates and regular checks.
What you do: approve and use it.
What you bring
- Your knowledge of your customers. Who buys from you, what they ask and what sets you apart from others. We work out the rest with you.
- What already exists. Logo, photos, texts and documents, as far as available. What is missing we add together.
- One person who decides. Someone who looks at drafts and approves them. You do not need a finished concept.
Frequently asked questions about the new website
What does it cost to have a website built?
That depends on how many pages and languages there will be, whether texts and images exist and what is connected. A price list would therefore tell you little. Before we begin, you receive a written proposal with a clearly described scope. Without your approval, no costs arise.
How long does it take to get the new website?
That depends mainly on the scope and on how quickly content and approvals are available. You will find the schedule in the written proposal. Your current website stays online until the new one is approved.
Will we lose our rankings on Google in a relaunch?
The risk can be kept small. Beforehand we record all existing addresses, redirect each one to the matching new page, carry over proven content and, after launch, watch in Google Search Console whether everything is arriving correctly.
Can we change texts and images ourselves?
Yes, if you wish. Then we set up the website so that your team can maintain content without programming knowledge. If you would rather hand that over, we make changes for you.
Does our website have to be accessible?
If consumers can conclude contracts through your website, for example in an online shop or for bookings, very probably yes. Pure information websites are generally not covered. Our guide to the accessibility legislation gives an overview. On request we build accessibly to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Do you also write the texts?
Yes, together with you. You know your field and your customers, and we put it into a form that visitors grasp quickly and that Google understands.
Where is the website hosted after launch?
On request we take over operation and support on servers in the EU. If you would rather stay with your current provider, we set up the website there.
Where do you work?
Our office is in Vienna, and our projects run across the whole European Union. We work in German and English.
Tell us about your website.
The address of your current website and a few sentences are enough. We will reply personally, free of charge and without obligation.
