- In the EU. Wherever possible on servers in the EU, ours run on AWS in Frankfurt. We name any exceptions beforehand.
- Under contract. You receive a data processing agreement under the GDPR.
- With approval. Quotes, replies to customers and payments only leave your company once a person has checked them.

What does it cost?
For automation, the price depends on which workflows are involved and which software is connected. Before we start, you receive a written quote with a fixed scope. No costs arise without your yes. The AI check has fixed prices: see prices.
Is it worth it for us?
Yes, if qualified people regularly spend time on work that follows a pattern: quotes, invoices, enquiries, reports. That exists in a trades business just as much as in industry. If a task rarely comes up or looks different every time, we advise against it.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
The AI prepares, your experts review and approve. Wherever possible, every result points to its source, and uncertain points are flagged. A workflow only goes live once it reaches the level of your experts in the test phase.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. We connect what you already use, such as ERP, accounting, CRM, document storage and Office. If something new makes sense, we tell you why.
How much of your time do you need?
At the start, a few hours with the people who do the workflow today, plus good examples from your previous work. We take care of the rest.
