How we work.

  • AI prepares the work, people make the decisions. Your team books, orders, dispatches and approves payments. AI reads, categorises, compares, drafts and sends reminders.
  • Integration, not replacement. We do not replace your accounting software, ERP, CRM or ticketing system. We connect AI to them.
  • A source for every statement. Code calculates figures from your data. AI identifies the source it relies on and says when it does not know something.
  • Fixed prices, agreed in writing beforehand. The scope and fixed price are set out in a written proposal before work begins, with no mandatory contract.
  • An honest answer, even when it is no. We tell you what can be automated and what must stay with your team. We do not promise a place in an AI‑generated answer.
  • Data in the EU. We process data on servers in the EU and enter into a data processing agreement with you. Read more about AI and data protection.
